J.Cole Builders was founded more than 20 years ago as a residential general contractor specializing in the restoration of single-family rowhomes in Baltimore City. The company has experienced steady growth, expanding from single-family residential projects to include multifamily and commercial work. Despite its growth, JCB has retained the values of a small business while delivering the systems and sophistication of a large, multidisciplinary commercial general contractor.
